A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment, and a card hold is placed the day before your scheduled cleaning. Your card is not charged until your service is completed.

Yes. All first-time clients begin with our Full-Detail Service also known as a deep cleaning.

This allows your home to be brought up to a professional maintenance standard before moving into ongoing recurring service. It creates the proper baseline so future visits stay consistent, efficient, and high quality.

Without that initial deep cleaning, recurring cleanings often spend too much time catching up instead of maintaining the home the way clients expect.

After the first visit, most clients transition into Recurring Maintenance Cleaning for long-term upkeep and consistency.

This creates better results, stronger consistency, and a smoother experience overall.

We offer cleaning services in Snohomish County, select areas of King County, and parts of Skagit County.

Recurring house cleaning costs vary based on your home size, bedrooms, bathrooms, and any add-on or extra services you choose to include in your booking.

Pricing shown below reflects standard recurring service rates before any frequency discounts are applied.

For apartments or smaller homes under 750 sq ft, recurring maintenance cleaning starts around $171 with one bathroom included.

Homes around 1,750–2,249 sq ft with two bathrooms typically start around $231+ for recurring maintenance cleanings.

Larger homes over 3,000 sq ft typically range from $250 – $400+, depending on the size of the home, how many bedrooms and bathrooms need to be cleaned, and any extras selected.
All first-time clients begin with our Full-Detail Service (Deep Cleaning), so your first visit will cost more than your ongoing recurring maintenance cleanings. This helps bring the home to a professional maintenance standard so future visits stay more consistent, efficient, and high quality.

What is included in Recurring Maintenance Cleaning?

Our Recurring Maintenance Cleaning is designed to keep your home consistently clean, fresh, and easy to maintain after your initial Full-Detail Service (Deep Cleaning).

This service includes:

    • High to low dusting
    • Clean, disinfect, and polish sinks and faucets
    • Wiping and disinfecting hard surfaces
    • Thorough kitchen cleaning
    • Thorough bathroom cleaning
    • Exterior wipe-down of major appliances
    • Removing cobwebs
    • Vacuuming carpeted areas
    • Sweeping and mopping hard floors
    • Emptying trash and replacing liners

Every cleaning also includes your kitchen, living room, dining room, hallways, stairs, laundry room, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms selected during booking.

This service is designed for ongoing upkeep, long-term consistency, and a home that stays clean without the stress of falling behind.

Our Full-Detail Service is a top-to-bottom, detail-focused cleaning designed to go far beyond routine maintenance.

This service is required for all first-time clients, as well as homes that have not been professionally cleaned in some time, or for anyone wanting their home fully refreshed and brought to a professional maintenance standard.

In addition to everything included in Recurring Maintenance Cleaning, Full-Detail Service also includes:

• Baseboards, trim, and molding cleaning
• Doors, door frames, and high-touch areas cleaned and detailed
• Vents and air return grills cleaned
• Light dusting of blinds, shutters, and window sills (detailed cleaning available as an add-on)
• Stainless steel appliance polishing
• Vacuuming furniture when accessible
• Cleaning under furniture when accessible
• Extra attention to buildup in corners, edges, and detail areas
• Additional attention to bathtubs and showers to help remove soap scum and buildup

This service allows the extra time and detail needed to properly refresh the home and creates the best long-term results for ongoing recurring maintenance cleaning.

Yes. You can customize your cleaning by selecting available add-ons during booking.
Common add-ons include:

• Full-Detail Service (Deep Cleaning)
• Inside fridge
• Inside oven
• Inside cabinets
• Inside windows
• Wet Wipe Blinds / Shutters
• Sliding glass or French doors
• Baseboards

You can also leave notes during booking for priority areas, access instructions, or specific requests for your home.

To help protect your home, maintain service quality, and ensure the safety of the independent cleaning professionals working through Cascade Maids, certain requests fall outside the normal scope of services offered through our platform.

To help maintain service quality and clear expectations, the following services are not offered through Cascade Maids:

• Organizing and decluttering
• Dishwashing
• Laundry, including washing, drying, or folding
• Delicate or disposable blind cleaning, such as standard vinyl blinds
• Shopping and errands
• Exterior windows and high-reach windows
• Heavy lifting over 25 pounds
• Cleaning bodily fluids, mold, pet waste, or other biohazards
• Climbing higher than two steps on a ladder
• Cleaning valuable or fragile items such as chandeliers, collectibles, antiques, or similar specialty items

If you have questions about a specific request, feel free to call or text us before booking and We’ll be happy to help clarify.

No. Many clients are not home during their service.

You can provide entry instructions during booking, such as a door code, lockbox, garage access, or another approved method of entry.

Some clients prefer to be home for the first visit, while others prefer to return to a freshly cleaned home afterward. Both options work.

We work hard to make the process simple, secure, and reliable so your service feels stress- free whether you are home or away.

Yes. Independent cleaning professionals arrive with their own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment needed for your scheduled service.

If you prefer fragrance-free or eco-friendly products, you can select that option during booking and we will match you with a cleaning professional who uses those products whenever available.

If you would prefer your own products to be used, we can usually accommodate that as well, just please let us know ahead of time.

Yes. You can request fragrance-free or eco-friendly cleaning when booking or anytime before your visit.

We’ll match you with a cleaning professional who uses products that align with your preference, and once noted, your preference will stay on your account. If your regular cleaning professional ever changes or a substitute is needed, We’ll match you with another cleaning professional who fits your preferences.

Recurring Service & Scheduling

Will I have the same cleaning professional each visit?

Yes, we aim to keep the same preferred cleaning professional for your recurring service.

Consistency is one of our top priorities. Having the same professional helps your home stay consistent and allows them to become familiar with your preferences, priorities, and
routine over time.

This creates a smoother experience, stronger trust, and better overall results.
If your regular cleaning professional is ever unavailable due to schedule changes, illness, or time off, we also have qualified backup professionals available to help keep your service consistent without unnecessary disruption.

Most clients keep the same cleaning professional long-term.

If your regular cleaning professional is unavailable due to illness, vacation, or schedule changes, we have other experienced and qualified professionals in our network and can help coordinate a backup when available to keep your service on track.
If you ever feel the fit is not quite right, we can also help coordinate a better long-term match for your home.
Because we work with a strong network of independent cleaning professionals, We’re able to provide flexibility when needed while still prioritizing consistency whenever possible.

Our flat-rate pricing is based on the average time needed to properly clean homes of similar size and condition.

Because we do not complete an in-person walkthrough before service, some homes may require additional time beyond the original estimate due to above-average buildup or specific cleaning needs.

If additional time is needed, we will contact you before moving forward.

At that point, you can:
• Approve additional time at $60 per additional labor hour per cleaner
• Decline additional time and provide your top priority areas

If additional time is declined, the cleaning professional will focus on your priority areas first and complete as much as possible within the remaining time. Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to any areas that could not be completed within the originally allotted time.

This policy helps keep pricing fair, transparent, and ensures clear expectations for your service.

We understand that plans can change.

You can cancel or reschedule your cleaning at no charge any time before 5 PM the day before your scheduled service.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after that time are subject to a $75 late cancellation fee.

If a cleaning professional arrives and is unable to access the property, a $75 lockout fee will apply.

For recurring services, skipping visits may affect your service frequency and the discounted rate applied to your next appointment. For example, a biweekly service may be billed at a monthly rate, and a monthly service may lose its discounted rate after skipped visits.

These policies help protect reserved time and keep scheduling reliable for everyone.

Yes. Weekend appointments may be available on a limited basis depending on scheduling and availability.

Some holidays may have limited availability, though cleanings are not scheduled on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day.

Pricing, Billing & Policies

Why do you require a credit card on file?

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment and protect scheduled service time. We place a card hold the day before your cleaning, but your card is not charged until your service is completed.

We currently accept credit and debit cards only.

We will place a hold on your card at 3pm the day before your scheduled cleaning. This is not a charge. It confirms that funds are available for your cleaning.

Only after your cleaning is completed is your card charged for your scheduled service.

If your appointment is canceled, the hold will be released. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 business days for the hold to be removed.

We use flat-rate pricing based on your home’s square footage, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you want cleaned, and any add-on services you select during booking.

Your price is calculated upfront based on the details you provide, so you know the cost before your appointment is confirmed.

Because we do not perform an in-person walkthrough before service, some homes may require additional time beyond the original estimate depending on their condition or if booking details are inaccurate. If that happens, we will always contact you before moving forward.

Yes. You can apply a gift card, referral credit, or discount code during booking. Only one can be used per appointment.

Enter your code in the discount section during checkout. Referral credits can be viewed by logging into your Cascade Maids account.

A valid credit or debit card must remain on file to reserve your appointment, even when using credits or gift cards.

The most common reasons are:

• The code is for first-time clients only
• The code applies only to recurring service
• The code has already been used
• The promotion has expired
• The code does not apply to your selected service type
• Another discount, credit, or gift card has already been applied

Yes. Tips are always appreciated but never expected.

You’re welcome to leave a cash tip directly for your cleaning professional or team. If you prefer, you can also have a tip added after your service, and We’ll include it with your payment. All tips go 100% to your cleaning professional

Trust & Safety

How are cleaning professionals vetted?

We take your trust and safety seriously. Every independent cleaning professional is carefully screened before being accepted into the Cascade Maids referral network.

All cleaning professionals must have a minimum of two years of professional residential cleaning experience, use their own quality tools and supplies, and pass background checks at the national, state, and county level. They must also carry their own business license and general liability insurance.

Beyond initial screening, we place a strong emphasis on reliability and consistency, so your service stays predictable and dependable. We look for professionals who communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and provide a dependable experience for clients.

Our goal is to connect you with professional cleaners who are not only qualified, but reliable, consistent, and trusted by the clients they serve.

No. The cleaning professionals referred through Cascade Maids are independent contractors who operate their own businesses.

Cascade Maids is a referral agency that connects you with experienced, vetted professionals and provides scheduling support, communication, and customer service.

This model allows for greater consistency, flexibility, and a higher level of service, while still giving you an easy, reliable experience.

Please let us know right away. We take every concern seriously and are always here to help.

Whether something was missed, the cleaning didn’t meet your expectations, or your cleaning professional wasn’t the right fit for your home, we want to hear about it.

If the concern is related to the cleaning itself, photos of any missed areas help us review everything quickly and fairly so we can work toward the best resolution possible.

While rare, we understand accidents can happen and take situations like this seriously.

If you believe something may have been damaged during your service, please let us know as soon as possible with photos and details so we can review the situation promptly.

We stand behind the quality of every service and want you to feel confident in your
cleaning.

If something was missed or didn’t meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of your service and include photos of the areas of concern so we can review everything properly.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee is built around giving us the opportunity to address the issue, which may include a re-clean when appropriate.

Re-cleans must be completed within 3 days of the original service.

If a re-clean is declined, the Satisfaction Guarantee no longer applies.

The Satisfaction Guarantee applies to completed work that was missed or not completed properly. It does not apply to areas that could not be completed due to time limitations, declined additional time, or areas not included in your scheduled booking.

How do I log into my account?

Your account is automatically created when you book your first service.

After booking, you’ll receive an email to set your password and access your account.

You can log in anytime through Cascade Maids Client Portal

From your account, you can:
• Manage and update your bookings
• Update your cleaning preferences and notes
• View and apply referral credits
• Apply discount codes
• Update your payment methods

If you have trouble accessing your account, feel free to contact us and We’ll be happy to help.

You can reset or update your password from the login page.

Click “Forgot Password?” and follow the prompts to receive a reset link by email.

If you have trouble resetting your password, feel free to call or text us and We’ll help you get back in.

To update your address, log into your account and edit the address on your upcoming booking.

If you’d prefer, you can contact us and We’ll update it for you.

Keeping your address up to date helps ensure a smooth and accurate service.

To update your payment method:

Your updated card will be used for future services.

Our referral program is simple.

When you refer a friend and they complete their first cleaning, they receive $50 off their first service and you receive a $50 credit toward a future cleaning.

For a more customized cleaning, you can add extra services, such as:

Our Deep Cleaning is a top-to-bottom, detail-focused service that goes far beyond routine cleaning. It’s perfect for anyone who hasn’t had a professional cleaning in over two months or wants their home completely refreshed and reset.

This service allows your Cascade Maids professional to spend extra time and effort tackling neglected areas, built-up grime, and hard-to-reach spots. In addition to everything included in a General Cleaning, our Deep Cleaning also features:

✅Hand-wiping all baseboards, trim, and molding
✅Doors, door frames, and high-touch areas disinfected (light switches, handles, fixtures)
✅Hand-wiping vents and air returns
✅Thorough dusting of blinds, shutters, and window sills

Our Move-In/Out Cleaning is designed for homes that are completely empty and in need of a top-to-bottom clean. This package is perfect whether you’re moving in, preparing to list a home for sale, or ensuring you leave your old place spotless for the next occupants.

This service includes:
✅Deep cleaning of the entire home
✅Inside fridge cleaning
✅Inside oven cleaning
✅Inside cabinet cleaning

Our pricing is based on your home’s square footage, and additional services such as inside window cleaning (including tracks and frames), sliding glass or French doors, and blinds/shutters can be added at checkout.

Pricing and Policies

Can I apply a gift card to an existing appointment?

Absolutely! You can use a gift card on any booking, including existing appointments.

There are a few reasons why a discount code may not apply:

🔹 First-time customer discounts – Some promotions are for new clients only and won’t apply if you’ve booked with us before.
🔹 Recurring service discounts – Certain discounts are available only for recurring cleanings and may not apply to one-time services.
🔹 One-time use codes – Some discounts can only be used once per customer and won’t work on future bookings.
🔹 Expired promotions – If the code was part of a limited-time offer, it may no longer be valid.

We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., excluding weekends).

🚨 Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged. This policy helps prevent lost wages for your Service Professional(s).

🔄 For Weekly Clients:
If you need to skip a week, your next cleaning will be charged at the Bi-Weekly rate. After that, your recurring services will return to your original rate. (Skipping multiple weeks may result in further rate adjustments.)

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Same-Day Cancellation Or Lock-Out Fee: If you cancel the day of service or if your Service Professional is unable to enter the property, there will be a cancellation fee of $75 of your scheduled service cost. We must adhere strictly to this policy to prevent lost wages for your Service Professional(s).

Please understand that unlike other industries such as retail, hairdressers, etc. We in the cleaning industry do not have the luxury of walk-in customers to supplement our schedules when a client cancels without enough notice.

When we schedule your service appointment, we reserve that time for you. Our Service Professionals depend on your job being scheduled for them to make their salary. Cancellations cost them dearly, and we find that if they lose out too often, they quit. You are vital in helping us to retain our excellent staff. We understand that you do not want to see strangers every time we come to visit, and we don’t want to have a continual revolving door of new cleaning professionals either. Thank you for understanding.
